Fun for 21

The “Fun for 21” program is a key component of The Right Side Foundation’s efforts to help improve the lives of distressed children throughout the State of Maryland. Through this initiative, The Foundation will provide 21 children with an experience that enables them to forget about the obstacles in their lives, at least for one day, and enjoy the fun of being a child. Whether it’s exploring the outdoors, taking in an Orioles’ game or visiting one of Maryland’s many museums and cultural attractions, The Foundation aims to supply children with an experience they will remember for years to come.

The event began in June 2009, with The Foundation selecting a different community group each month as the beneficiary of the “Fun for 21” program. The program’s name derives from Nick’s jersey number with the Baltimore Orioles, 21.
